Overview -
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant in a temporary contract position for 6 months to support our HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to our dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, discrete, and possess strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities -
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintenance of employee records with high attention to detail
Coordinate and execute new employee onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and organizing welcome sessions
Support the employee offboarding process by preparing exit documentation, coordinating final paperwork, and ensuring smooth transition procedures
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry, reviewing timecards, coordinating with the payroll team to meet deadlines, and addressing discrepancies or employee payroll concerns
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and records in compliance with legal requirements
Generate and assist with various HR reports and data analysis projects
Support the preparation and distribution of HR documentation and communications
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and employee engagement initiatives
Provide administrative support to the Operations team for various projects and initiatives
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism
Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
Requirements -
1-2 years of experience in HR Administration or similar HR role.
Exceptional attention to detail
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proficiency with Google Suite applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
